Fisheries Act 1995

VCAT can review decisions made by the Victorian Fisheries Authority under the Fisheries Act 1995 about licences, permits and the transfer of quota units.

First Home Owner Grant and Home Buyer Schemes Act 2000 (referral)

First home owner grants are available to assist Victorians with purchasing their first home. First home owner grants are administered by the Commissioner of State Revenue, through the State Revenue Office, under the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.

Taxation Administration Act 1997 (referral)

A taxpayer who is unhappy with the Commissioner’s determination of their objection about an assessment or other decision may request that the Commissioner refer the matter to VCAT.

Unclaimed Money Act 2008 (referral)

On referral from the Registrar of Unclaimed Monies, VCAT can review certain decisions by the Registrar about unclaimed money.

Mental health
